Life-form scanner - R4-D4 lower bracket support - part 17

 I didn’t want to glue the two rods in place as this may of effected the sliding of the servo bracket by misalignment. But I needed something to support the lower bracket and help keep it all inline.

So I did some measuring and drew up a another bracket that will bolt to the lower bracket and then screw to one of the wood neck ring supports. The carbon fibre tubes are loose fitted and allow for slight movement so as not to jam the guide.

Must be getting better at this :D as it's right first time! lol.

Had to order to new bolts the right length for clamping parts together.

Next up was spray painting the other parts.
